I survived Turbofire Intro Day one - MAN she started that HARD ha. Let's be real; I SUCKED. I couldn't figure out a lot of the moves yet (they are fast), and I was totally dead by the 3rd round. I did get a little dizzy, so I added a second fruit for my snack after workout with PEANUT BUTTER! mmm.
I really had to talk myself into the workout. I cannot find the program, so I was like - oh well. Guess I cannot do it. But then remembered my goals, and my back boobs, and decided to look it up online. I found a low quality recording (which didn't help me figure out the moves, really). I had to fight off a few of the cats along the way. But, after 30 min, I was drenched and really glad I got over being lazy!!

On diet. Yeah, I had 2 fruits. I might need it daily. Though, I am looking into some lower carb flours so that I can make some crackers and stuff too. I cannot complain about needing 2 fruits - good fiber and packed with nutrients. If I have to up my carbs to 25%, that's ok. I need the energy to get through. And today, even with it, I was not over carbs once I subtracted the fiber :D However, I did not make my protein but 62 grams?! ugh. I'll try beans tomorrow at some point :D
